Who wants a sausage roll at 3.30 in the morning when there is good food like curry to be had?

There's a bakery in Dundee (admittedly not a Greggs, it's an independent one but they make their own bread and pastry etc.) that's open 24hrs. It closes for a few days over christmas and new year's, but it's open the rest of the year! You don't get the reputation as being the most unhealthy nation in Europe by only opening till 4am, must try harder!

I'd pass on the sausage roll, but a cheese and onion or Cornish pastie would go down a treat.

if i remember correctly theres a bakery in edinburgh that was open late in the mornings and sold off all the food that was just about to go out of date instead of binning them at the start of the shift.

chances are these places are selling stuff that should have been binned the night before and possibly out of date, although only by a few hours so wont make a difference.

Yes, but they worship the taps as river sprites. God knows what they will do when they figure out the hot ones.

I live in walking distance of Manchesters curry mile, it's like las vegas going through there, full of neon lights and pretty much every shop is a curry house or take away.

For 24 hours places I'd have to head into town though (about 2 miles away).
