Glad to hear Jo coming out. I guess you've been told to rest. Please take the advice. Stay in bed as much as you can. You will get there, even when it feels like it lasts forever - with my 2nd, I was on crutches for three months as my back separated. It all was slooowwww - but I got through it and look at me now - Im an L plate warrior!
