Short circuit every time, cracking film that reminds me of my childhood.

Ditto, and most unfortunately.

Stupid, frizzy big haired mid eighties feisty woman. Confused

I watched that film to death as a kid, I really struggle to sit through more than a minute or two of it now. Apart from the weird indian sounding techy bloke who says "you will be awarded a cake".

Bizarre.

Steph-ah-nee!

haven't seen that film in years - I do however remember the Indian guy's accent being completely comical almost to the point of racism...

Incidentally, was there any reasoning behind the poll shaggy, or just curiosity?

Curiosity. I've just heard the song and it immediately conjoured up the image of Stephanie and Johnny 5 dancing. I said to the good lady wife (12 years older than me) "I bet this reminds you of Saturday Night Fever" and she said it does.

Stephanie change colour! Smile

None of the above - it reminds me of the below album purchased from HMV in Gloucester in '81 or maybe '82 (that's the 1980's before any of you young whippersnappers get cocky Wink ) and then rushing home and listening to 'She's Gone' over and over again.

I was 11 or 12 at the time. Years on, I STILL think about the girl that moved away 'cos her Dad was changing jobs at least once a week.
