i have a 97 'S' version and im considering trying a few different options. Problem is already lock the brake in the wet so wouldnt want anything extra.

I reckon blue spots will fit from the r6/r1 but the back of them will foul against the wheel 'spokes'. i expect you could get them machined to fit though.

How or why are you wanting to change the brakes.

If its because they have no 'feel' get a honda NTV master cylinder. the reduced size will allow for alot more feel under braking according to the divvy owners forum. To be honest i can't see myself needing anymore than a braided hose and a different master cylinder to be happy with the divvy's brakes.
