Cr 85 kickstart Stiff wont move??

Been Stood In Shed For Bout 8 Month and wont kick because its stiff'nd up.. what will this be ....

You need to find out why it won't move. It could be that the mechanism is jammed, but it's more likely it cannot turn the primary gear because the crank won't turn especially seeing as it's a crosser. Try putting the bike in top gear and turning the back wheel to see if the engine pops over. If it does you most likely have a stuck kickstart mechanism.
