Shaving Rash?
Or; Teenage style spots from using a balm that prevents shaving rash? May I add the balm actually works.

@ 33 I still get spots from shaving, I gave up a couple of years ago and just trim it down with beard trimmers now. I only shave for things like funerals. It stings like f*ck so I don't bother.
Everytime you shave you actually take something like 5 layers of skin of your face. |

Aye, shaving is the devil. Everyone knows I will /always/ have some manly stubble, they may not know its not entire out of apathy.
The thing is, unless I go against the grain (piss right off) I never look 'clean' shaven anyway.
For my money I'd stick with the rash. My rash mainly manifests itself as white heads here and there on my neck, but still feels sore.
Has anyone else noticed that they can do as good a job if not better with general handwash soap. Always confusing people down the gym with that one. ____________________ China traffic/travel bike vid - When I make a sweeping statement, please add the word 'statistically' in to the sentence before you bitch...

I've never used an expensive electric shavor, as I don't see the point in spending £100's on something so trivial. I did once buy a Philips Philashave when I was feeling was extravagant one day for £40 and it felt like it was tugging the hairs out. Not very much appreciated. Plus I like the feel of a nice close shave. Maybe I just need to change my blades, must have been 2 months with this razor (mach 3) now.
I may, if and when I get a job invest in that 42 quid thingy, but whats the deal with the brush?! I want a shave not a haircut. What do you do with it? ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. link to shaving bits
The website only shows a small selection of what we sell by the way so if theres anything specific your after just give me a shout and ill see if we do it
Just my way of offering something back to the forums

Haha yer, maybe worth ignoring the strop, you'd be supprised how many people pay that for them though, £20 for a cut throat isnt bad though, although the £20 is more of a try it out and make sure you like it kind of thing, it will last alright i dont doubt that, but you can feel the difference in quality between that and the more expensive one
We sell the sharpening stones aswell which are quite a bit cheaper than the strop.
Jesus im going into work mode now im stopping all other work related posts from here on other than via PM.

Dont know about everyone else here but i actually prefer being completely free of face fuzz.... i use Gillette Shaving FOAM, and a Wilkisons Sword Quatro Titanium... gives you pretty decent shave well enough for my 18 year old self to be happy with. ____________________ NDB 19/10/1989 - 1/11/2010 |Nowhere.Elyseum wrote: I get the distinct feeling that Tim should be our secret weapon for future trolling. I suffer from a mild form of Trichotillomania, so have to keep beard and sideburn growth fairly short in order to resist the urge to pull it out and eat it.
I grew a goatee a few years ago, but my persistent pulling left me with small bald patches (especially in the 'tash area), so i had to shave it, as the temptation to pull was too much.

I thought shaving rash only affected a few people, but I feel quite lucky after reading this that I don't get it.
