Metzeler were running a free promotional/loyalty trackday for those that had Metzeler tyres. I just so happened to have them on my R6 track bike, so it'd have been rude not to wouldn't it!?! Smile

The forecast had been horrid, but on the day it actually turned out really well/nice result!

First trackday this year and it was good to dust off the cobwebs!

I do love how the R6 simply screams!! Smile

I take it you mean how long have I been doing trackdays - not that track? Thinking On and off about a decade now.

I quite like brands, done it a fair few times now, but generally been doing SIlverstone and Rockingham these past few years, as brands gets a bit samey and pricey!! Shocked I think tracks like silverstone and the rock are much better VFM Thumbs Up

The best VFM is places like Cadders asn Oulton, but sadly they are the other side of the world to me, so I don't get/choose to do them that often.

yeah sorry i missed a 's' off, i meant track's.

with it being a freeby due to your tyres did you get much time on the track or was it just 1 session?

Got 3 sessions (about half a normal trackday). Thumbs Up

Sadly the first half of the first session was a 'ducks and drake' job, so its only really 2.5 sessions. There was also a red flag in one of mine, so equates to just over 2 full sessions I suppose. So about 45 mins of go time Smile
