I wash/wax my bike weekly because I like to keep it looking nice and ups the resale value when I turn 17.

I've run out of karma ratings, else I'd give your original post a positive one. Yeah, fukkem, what anybody thinks you SHOULD do with your bike.

Your original thread was quite clearly about the fact that it was a cheap old banger, so someone having a pop at you about not cleaning it, well that's kinda petty, but you oughtn't get your knickers in such a twist about it, or about karma ratings.

I agree that not every bike has to be polished within an inch of its life (ratbikes) and an old tank like that for 300 notes is pretty cool, it gets you where you want, and if you pick up other bits to tart it up, so much the better.

Take no notice, kiddo.
If you react to the karma-slams you'll just get teased and made more fun of.

Your enthusiasm for having a bike on the road shines through and makes up for your lack of spelling skills (or was it overenthusiasm with the JD bottle, not sure which?) ... and I, for one, like it that way

I wasn't critisizing, think you got a brilliant bike for a hell of a good price. I meerly mentioned giving it a clean for it to look nice can't see why that makes me a cock. After reading several of your abusive posts recently I don't think I'll bother offering any more positive comments to your bikes again. I would've said you'd have been better off spending that 400 quid on some evening classes learning to spell properly. Thick cunt!
