Bike repairs...

Hi all, sorry if this has been posted before.
So a couple of weeks ago i was wiped out on my bike by some bint in a car. after a while arguing with insurance company's and police reports she finally admitted full liability.
My bike got picked up for repair by a company called 4th dimension..

Since they have picked my bike up though a couple of people have told me that they are not a very good company and that they have had problems with them like the repair of the bike taking forever and the such like.

Has anybody had any experience with this company, or do you know anyone that has?
Any help will be muchly appreciated.

well seeing as her insurance is paying I wouldnt care how long the repair took as long as the job done was up to scratch, seeing as I would have the hire bike as a replacement.

They may take longer, but that may be due to them using official manufacturers parts etc.

Length of time for repair won't be an issue if you get the hire bike, as her insurance company will hurry them along

When I had my claim I could choose where I got the quote from, if you are that bothered ask them if you can take it to a main dealer.

Or do what I did fix it your self and earn £1300 for a couple of days labour.

After a bit of a fight with the bints insurance company i got my courtesy bike coming tomorrow> so now i am not fussed how long it takes. LoL.
