my bike skidded into a car. hows this gona do my insurance?

had abit of an accident, it was raining and lost the front wheel in a pothole, the bike slid into a van coming the other way

anyway his bumper is abit smashed, so he got my insurance details. obviously he is gona claim


anyway its my first year riding a 125 on L plates, will my insurance go up much next year because ive had an accident that was technically my fault
i know it goes up loads if ya were speeding or drink driving, but how much does it go up if its just a lil accident?

Unlucky about the crash fella! when I was 16 I crashed into a new mini.. Doh! The claim against me was £4800.. any way bought a 125 and because I also had a scooter aswel as the aprilia 50 I transferred it to the 125, they charged 150 extra on top of the 119 I had payed. The policy had 3 months to go, anyway policy come through and they had given me a 12 month policy by mistake which I was chuffed about.. Got 1 years no claims now and with the claim my insurance is 520 odd on a ktm duke. TPFT. not to bad I thought. HTH Tom.
