They have caught up.
There is a new mito 125. The Sp 525.

When i first saw the yammy r125 i thought that deffo beats the RS, CBR, NSR etc, all the popular 125's.

But this is awsome.
Its in the latest fast bikes i have just been and got in the rain Thumbs Down

Have a nosy, its ace !
They got dibs on the first ride/review etc.

Dan

RRP £4,299 + OTR

No thanks. You can get a whole lot more bike for a whole lot less £££ - i.e. my bike is around a third of that 125.

Its very nice in white.
It really is way to expensive, you could get an awsome bit of second hand kit for the price of the mito.

Spose you could say it about the yammy r125 and the new RS125.

I dont get that. Even a 50cc bike ( Rs50 for example)
They are so over priced. 2100 pound if im right without searching.
Why, they just get blown up !
Even second hand 125's and 50's are so pricy.

16 = Cheap pedda with all the nececery upgrades to keep up and be safer on big roads.
17 = A2 . . . save up a grand, sorted. Nice old 400 or sommit.

Same for any new bike really. Having a smaller engine doesn't really make it any cheaper to build.

All the best

It does when the engine, like in rs50's, is not made or designed by them.

Hi

Main reason that an RS50 is cheaper is the cheapness of the components used.

Yes a cheaper engine does make it a bit cheaper, but not a massive amount. Build a bike of the same quality just with a smaller engine and you do not save a massive amount. Too many costs elsewhere add to the price, and too many other bits being only marginally smaller saving a tiny amount.

All the best

Keith
