Hey,
I have recently been teasing myself with a track day in Spain, Portugal or somewhere regularly hot. Instead of a normal...boring holiday. I have spotted a good one in the Algarve, Portugal for £699, which includes 3 days on track, hotel and bike transportation (includes insurance).
Has anyone done one abroad? Or have any decent sites? Maybe a bit cheaper the £699? Or you really really loved a track? ____________________ My current bikes are - YZF-R1 & GS 500 E

Hottrax and Focused events both run Spanish days.
IIRC the Focused is 4 day of open pitlane for 499 or 599(I forget) and Hottrax is 3 days of sessioned riding for the same money.
Usually at Almeria or Cartagana. ____________________ My Flickr |

I know Wave has. Could be worth a PM.
Oh and keep me informed. I'm easily (mis)guided. ____________________ You ain't a has been if you never was |

Yeah those the Portuguese deal for £699 was through Focused, I will have a peek at Hottrax, I did try googling for some, but its like a minefield. I will keep looking and update as and when. ____________________ My current bikes are - YZF-R1 & GS 500 E

did one at Cartegena in 07
£599 and it included flights, rental car and a really nice hotel as well as a full 4 days on track, open pit lane style (not too good if you are a bit slow or havent done a trackday before).
i spent £200 of tyres before and about £100 setting the bike up, but awsome fun and better than any UK track ive been too, you learn so much more when you can have a solid 4 days track riding.
think of it as a holiday ____________________ Ducati 1299 Panigale

OK cool, don't suppose you remember what company that was through? Open pit lane probably wont be best for me as I am only just about to do my 2nd track day.
But all for the 4 days on track, would be so cool. ____________________ My current bikes are - YZF-R1 & GS 500 E
