I've got to replace my clutch level and tighten the cable on my suzuki gs125, ive got the new clutch lever, but not sure how to do it..

Loosen the adjuster on the clutch lever until it is as loose as you can get it, take the lever off the handle bar and the cable should just slip out.

I think you'll have to take off the left hand engine cover to get at the other bit, then slacken the nuts on the cable leading into the engine cover and hook it out of the clutch arm. replace with the new stuff, keeping everything loose until the end and then tighten. there should be a certain amount of freeplay but i'm not sure what it is, the haynes manual will tell you this, or ask your local suzuki dealer. Just adjust it until it feels right for you.
