Doing my head in now . . .

Okay i use the Iplayer rather allot and just recently it seems to be pausing and then carrying on when loaded a little.
Also other sites that stream are doing it a fair bit.
It never used to. Things would load up and play perfectly really fast.
Two time bbc Iplayer has said something about my "bandwidth"
Can anybody tell me what this is and if there is anyway i can make them be as fast as before.
My internet conection is always exelent.
CPU is nice and low.
Dont have anything other open.

Any idea's.

The iPlayer has had a slightly significant change made recently, it defaults to the higher bandwidth version now instead of lower, especially when playing in full screen.

There is a small link under the video to use low bandwidth version, give that a try and report back squire

I am loath to go off into a check your network spree until some things are eliminated. Who provides your internet?
