There should be a plate attached to the frame near where the exhust passes though it from the engine. On mine it has the model ( MTX 125-RWD) and what i belive to be the colour code for the white frame. I also know mine was 1st registered in 92 from the V5.
A honda dealer should be able to give you the exact model from the frame number i think if you don't have a V5?

i rang the honda dealers but they cudnt find the bike on there system so they think its a imported bike . i no its a mtx125 rwl

well i got my piston and gasket kit so gunna rebuild it to day will posy pics of bike wen its rebuilt and running guys

yea a few ppl have said that to me .only bad point ive found with the bike is the big dent in the tank other than that it works fine

btw your tank is fine i think, my mtx has the same dent in the tank but it has a different seat. your seat looks nothing like my mtx seat, the mtx seat curves around the tank and doesnt go straight up like yours. you may have a dent there but i gaurentee if you get a mtx seat it will not look so bad.

didnt read the date i just seen the topic earlyer today then i was looking at photos of a freinds mtx and relized the tank didnt have a dent in it, its just the shape of the tank/seat. sorry to bother you if you have sold the mtx.
