125s on motorways

My bike can manage motorways. It can overtake lorries and everything. But if I took it for a long trek out, would doing full pelt for potentially a few hours cause it any harm?

Your nuts will go number than a very numb thing, though.

They are if the rider has a full license.

Thanks all. It's coped admirably on the runs it's been on, but I've been easing off on downhills (it sounds *really* upset when its doing an indicated 80!) and occasionally tucking in behind a lorry to give it a break.

I prefer A roads wherever possible, but being able to commute by bike opens up whole new options. (yeah, I know I *can* commute by A roads, but that means making a choice between a pleasant ride and hitting the snooze button)
