I am running abit lean. i believe it has got standard jets in atm.
It's got a Laser ProDuro can on it (not sure if that makes a difference)

What size jet should i be looking at getting? Also should i get a new airfilter to a more freeflowing one? Or is standard optimal.

It's a DR350s btw

keep the standard airfilter.

as for the exhaust, you usualy need to upjet by a few sizes for that, so go up 4 - 6 sizes?

iv recently learned playing about with carbs = bad bad idea...

surely in the case of jets if it doesn't work just stick the old one in?

I've never messed around witha carb before, never even had one out. so whilst i'm there might give it a good clean.

Anyone know what size the standard jet is in a '91 DR350s?

You'll find out once you open up your carb.

just take a note of the set up now, befor you clean it etc...

to clean the carb properly you need to take all the screws out, jets etc..

aslong as your bikes pretty stock, with just the exhaust, upjetting a few sizes shouldnt make much differnce, and should be a case of unscrew the old one and put the one in, i dont think it will need 'that much' setup.

but carbs are pretty unpredicible in my book, i was reading all about them just a few days ago, there is somthing like 13,000,000 differnt combinations of jets, needles, sliders on a standard carb, and you need to spend alot of time and money setting a carb up perfectly.
