That the one where you turn the wine glass upside down, light the fumes in it then inhale it? If so that one really hurts.

Oh, so it's not the one where you get naked, paint the star of david on your chest and dance in the shower?

Sambuca shot on a saucer, light, let it warm, place upturned wine glass over the top until the flame goes out. Get a straw, put the short end under the wine glass rim, inhale the vapour the down the shot!

Fall over Laughing

One of Aberdeen's shitty nightclubs has a thing called Purple Rain (not like the cocktail), similar to above post by Azonicben.
Sambuca in wineglass, swirled round, lit on fire, down it, turn wineglass upside down quickly, inhale with bendy straw, then the remnants of the shot are poured onto the bottom of the wine glass and you snort them through a smaller straw (like from a calypso cup).

What a palava! By the time you'd found some matches, a wine glass and a straw you could have nipped down the corner shop for some special brew!

It's quite "heady" and besides why would you have time to go to the shop for speshyB? Your already in the pub.
It's a palava to sort out at home but in a pub they have minions paid to do stupid shit like that.

That is truly the most vile drink I have ever had the miss-fortune of trying in my life! Doesn't help that a) I was having one of the shittest nights of my life when I tried it (only a matter of weeks since I had found out my gf of 2 years was cheating on me - was only just starting to sink in) b) my mate was chasing some tail which was the reason we were in the bloody club - it was the only place that was going to be 'good' on a tuesday night, as it turned out, there were very few girls who I would say were over 17 and very few guys who were under 30. Some proper sleezyness going on c) I had to get up at 7.30 the next morning for work d) I really don't like sambuca!

So in summary, Purple Rain would make doves cry...ahem...
