Hey,
After all the fiasco trying to get a job at the DWP i've just been offered a job as a store man for a well known airline Very Happy
Unlike other storemans jobs i'll be trained up to aviation standards (Apparently) and will receive a qualification from it.
Salaries 19k, which is a hell of a lot more than the 12k i was on!

Just thought i'd share as i'm home alone and no one else to show my joy too.

Time now to start writing my letter of resignation from Morrisons Very Happy

Sorry for the ramdomness just had to share.

Shaun.

Mind me asking what company it is for? I assume it's some form of engineering/maintenance company, at Manchester airport?

I also work for a very big airline engineer/maintenance company and work very close with the stores.

I may have found a clue as to why you appear to be skint all the time:

You own two motorbikes, one of which costs half of your £20,000 a year salary. There is a reason why you are skint.

Fair comments, but the bikes are paid for, I only need to pay for accesories/trackdays/fuel/insurance etc, and some of that is all choice. Not a huge amount over the year. The GS cost me £400 plus about £100 to get in on the road, it saves me £30 /month in fuel alone compared to the R1, so that is paying for itself.

My money just seems to vanish...As said maybe need a bit more elf control. Thinking

But those Eastern European strippers gotta pay for their kids somehow,,,,JK

Bishbash if you need somebody to help you look after your cash all you need to do is ask.

Of course i will charge a small amount for this service, somewhere in the region of 100%, i think that sounds fair, dont you?
