Now this may not look like much but im useless at most things practical especially regarding the bike but i'm well proud of how this has turned out. My old man helped out a fair bit mind!

I binned my bike like a cnut about a month ago and it looked like this.

Items damaged:- Indicators, mirrors, headlight, clocks, front fairing, front fairing mounting bracket, air scoop intake, windscreen, v peice, fork guards, gen cover, crash bung, both side fairings and parts of the air intake. She also wouldn't start Sad

A combination of a few hundred quid, some patching up and a lot of bodging and making things fit and shes back on the road.

First stripped her down to see what was and wasn't salvagable:

Then tank off and some fettling to get it up and running, such a nice feeling:

Then to start putting her back together:

Almost back together and just needing a respray:

And finally back from the sprayers:

Proper chuffed with how it looks but the bike has had a few panels reprayed over the years and so its fairly evident that they arent quite matching. There's also a number of hardcore bodges that would be evident to most such as custom L brackets holding the headlight to the fairing and the screw through the two side fairings at the bottom Laughing

Overall though im well happy Thumbs Up
