if ebay cancel your item all fees are paid back/removed from the bill. they cant charge you if they dont provide the service your contracted to.

Im afraid the did,

They said in the message about it being a breach or terms and cond and that fees were no retunable - i will email them to get the charges back because it was only listed for 5mins, takes the pi*s but suppose it was my fault.

To quote the mods who have said the same to me a couple of times:

The show and tell forum is for showing and telling. You have done neither. I got a flea in my ear for showing without the complementary amount of telling. I quickly rectified it as I did not want to suffer the ignominy of being moved to the General Bike Pictures forum. Wink

I do think its pretty egotistical of people to believe that the forum rules don't apply to them, but of course someone will no doubt remind me that it is just a forum and I shouldn't get het up about it. I'm not getting het up, but I think that the Exchange and mart forum is for buying and selling, and the show and tell forum is for showing and telling. How difficult is it to understand that? Am I really the only one who reads the rules? Am I the only one who cares? Will Batman be saved from the dastardly deeds of the clown prince of crime? Tune in tomorrow! Same bat-time, same bat-channel!
