Plymouth Megaride today was awsome, around 8,000 bikes or even more, definetly going next year.

I saw most of the south west section regulars (eventually.... after I'd done a full lap of the place only to realise they were right opposite me ), I only did the A38 bit though and went for a blast up the A386 and out towards Bodmin instead of grenading my bike getting to the Hoe

It was a good turnout, but I too was pissed off at the massive police presence - much heavier than last year, just seemed to me like they knew it'd be easy pickings so decided to cash in on it. I was stopped and done for 68 in the 50 limit for the non-existent 'roadworks' on the A38 on the way there. Not happy in the slightest.

didn't realise you where pulled on the A38, I assumed it was a real 50 limit. Feel very bad for you.

I was there, followed you in Yarri then parked 5 bikes up from you.

Really wasn't in a looking at bikes mood, which was a shame, did find it amusing that there where 3 CBX1000s there, but only 2 FZR600Rs.

Oh yeah, did anyone get the URL for the photograph thingummy that got put on everyones bike, mine went awry.

I woke up rather late, like 11:40 so i thought fuck it starts at 12, got my shit together and made my way to Lee Mill, on a38 decided to follow a midget on CBR600RR who was wearing shorts and a t shirt and he didn't feel that confortable filtering at 70

Then i joined middle of the group and was following different bikes on my way, 1st was custom hayubusa, just wanted to see what that bike can do but never happened, then i followed some random bikes, then i was laughthing at the squad of lambretta scooters/bikes and for the rest of my journey i was following some guy on the touring bike with a nice daughter on the back who was filming me all the time lol.

I do feel sorry for those people in full heavy leathers, i was sweating like a pig in my summer jacket...
