Motorhispania rx50

hi, I have recently purchased a motorhispania rx50 from a private seller and am already having trouble with it the problem is it will let me do about 5 miles then it cuts out, the problem seems to be the choke which keeps lifting up. Also is it true that a 2001 motor hispania rx50 has the same engine as an aprilia rs50? Thanks

Yes they both share the same Minarelli AM6 engine which is also found in my DT50 along with various other geared 50s from the last 10 or so years.
