Well seeing as the rave tent is becoming a regular fixture Bonny I doubt it'll be a problem somehow.........

We're a "maybe" at the moment. It would appear that Def Leppard will clash with it for the 3rd year running lol, 2007 I had to leave early to get down to London to see them on the Sunday night, last year I missed it completely cos I had to see them in manchester on the Friday and the weather was monsoon-level of cackness on the Sat, this year they are playing at Download the weekend before so I will be both skint and knackered for FYP weekend bastards! I'm sure they're doing it to me on purpose................

There is a group of us riding up from Liverpool, leaving as close to 3pm as possible.
Drop me a pm, or an email ( liverpoolbikersmcc@googlemail.com ) if you would like to join us. we are doing Liverpool > Leeds on the motorway, and the rest via A roads and the like.

Download is done and dusted, weather is looking good, looks like we will be going to the ball Cinderella!

Craig you'll probably catch us up as we will be leaving here around 1-2, but don't bother coming off at Leeds there isn't a decent riding route to Helmsley at that time of day from that far south & west iirc. Quickest route is M62, M1/A1(M)/A1 then come off at Dishforth for Thirsk, up Sutton bank and you are there.

Head ot on Sat if you want to ride, the Helmsley to Stokesley road (B1257) is always worth a visit if you're in the area or the A170 all the way to Scarborough isn't bad.

Or you could just sit in Helmsley village square and drink beer and eat icecream like the rest of us!
