There's nothing in the law that says you require a certificate, so if you're going to do that you may as well just make your own certificate, or just ride around unrestricted with no certificate and keep the speed down..... ____________________ My Flickr |

Bet it's pretty rare to find a restricted Thundercat compared to a Bandit so you'll be lucky to find the measurements you need.
For example the Bandit washers are 38mm diameter to fit in the rubbers and have a 16ish mm hole in them with the hole centre 13mm from the edge to offset them. If you know what you're doing you could measure your rubbers internal diameter to make the washers then try a 15-16mm hole as a baseline. Only trouble is it you would need a simple dyno power run to check them, usually £10-£15 which is fair enough if they are spot on first time but not if you've got to keep doing it as you tinker with the right hole size.
