I need to find this lads address.

He lives in Stoke on Trent by the looks of things.

This is what I've got from his Forum profile:

86.10.62.131 : cpc2-stok4-0-0-cust642.bagu.cable.ntl.com

I've also got this list of IP's he's logged in on. I'm guessing its a dynamic IP.

* 194.82.139.5 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 217.43.129.252 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 217.43.131.13 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 217.44.48.123 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 86.10.52.138 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 86.10.55.249 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 86.10.62.131 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 86.13.11.0 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 86.145.119.97 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 86.155.40.103 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 86.162.174.146 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 86.170.138.33 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 86.170.140.29 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 86.171.82.224 [Find More Users with this IP Address]
* 86.171.83.119 [Find More Users with this IP Address]

So how close to his house can I get with this information?

No you can't really.

They are IP address of the ISP he/she uses.

If you wanted to get hold of that person, you would probably need a warrant or court order etc.

Check https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and you will see it comes up with a city or region where YOUR ISP is located.

Try entering one of the IP addresses and you may get the city.

My IP address comes out in Worcester and I am in Cheshire so that's fucked up you see.

Bare in mind, some university's use their servers for other uses. It may not be a student.

e.g. A few of you may know the University of Kent supports sourceforge etc.

Without speaking to the ISP's with permission from the po po then it's a no no

EDIT: Doin some traceroute's they come out all over the place. One ends up in Edinburgh using virgin media.

It's been moved to the Staff lounge so it cant get spammed any more by forum members.

Why do you need that?
