SLR Camera...Need Opinions....

Hi All....

One of my few and far between posts here, but I know there are a few photography people on here.

I am going to buy an SLR camera, mainly for airshows and bike racing. Seen one I like, and read reviews etc, and it looks good. Just wondering if anybody has experience with this paticular one.

Its the Sony DSLR A200. 10.2 Mp camera.

Anybody have one??

Hi

No experience (my father has an older Sony SLR), but to be honest with dSLRs chose the system more than a particula camera. If you know people with Sony lenses you can borrow then brilliant, but lenses are the expensive bit.

Not thought about the Canon 1000D probably a better entry level camera or a Nikon D40 or D60.

Argos seem to be the cheapest at the moment but they have no stock
