Hi,

How do you clean the inside of the headlight assembly? If I'm not wrong, the outside can be polished rite? But how about the inside, can we like pour some water in and swoosh it around and leave it to dry?

You mean the reflector ?

Just give it a polish with some household polish.
TBH it should not get dirty, unless you have a hole in the glass.
