Anyone use Landesk Push?

Ive used it for a while and mostly its OK.
However, last push I did told me it had failed on a few machines, but the user said it was fine. . . apparently that is something to do with a log reporting file.

Anyhow, now i am not trusting my stats. . .

My recent push is a web URL - easy Smile. Its been tested on my laptop - fine, result 'done'.

BUT, Ive pushed it to all our Highways sites n hertfordshire and guess what 100% fail. . . .

Two errors;

Failed - Can not find agent, now this is just our inventory being out of date, or these machines are yet to be logged onto the NW since I pushed it.

But, what is this? Confused

Failed - 7 : 120007

I can't find anything on the web that helps. . . . it is a phoney error and in fact the deployment did work?

My last resort is getting names from our asset database and calling the users . . . Oh and most of them are the men we see in 'motorway maintainance' vans etc and are not that obtainable.

Any idea at all?
