Cool bike. Unfortunately for him, he may have spent 40k on it but if he were to sell it I'm sure it would not go for any more then 10k.

You can buy an R22 helicopter for £40k, and they're mildly cooler than a fettled stroker imo.

The Mito has a supercharged 2 stroke engine though. Much better. I'd have it over a Desmo any day.

Does it need a rebuild after it's been revved to 8k for the first time?

NOS for the lose, seriously, NOS is shite, why why why.. never understood it, don't think i ever will.

pure tart factor.

You might as well call it 'rebuild gas' for the amount of damage it'll do to your engine.

looks cool, but obviously not worth anywhere near 40k.
Could have got a much better bike for far less.
Could have done a custom RGV500 or something.

I think it has more to do with how the bike or car is used rather than the "NOS" that is doing the damage. If it's setup right then it's not going to do a huge amount of damage to your engine.

Engines don't last forever.

There's no point in expecting an engine that you push to it's limit and you're ragging all the time to last as long as one that isn't.
