Jesus, what is it with ebay and fucking spastic no brain idiots!!!

I've got a bike for sale on there, just had some woman phone me about it, the way she talked made me think of that crackpot susan boyle for some reason.

My ad has several pics on it SHOWING THE FULL REGISTRATION CLEARLY IN MORE THAN 1 PIC.

Guess what she asks me, whats the reg of the bike! I told her, she mumbles something, then fucks off the phone.

What a fucking lemon YOU STUPID FUCKING BITCH!

I have a few bikes on gum tree for a mate at the mo and have all the details in there and what do I get back, questions the answers are there in the add for. Like MOT, yes it does say that in the add and when its to! and tax dates the lot I have there. Nope still email me asking. Rolling Eyes
I had someone badger me for days about a bike I had sold! kept checking to see if I really did sell it as he desperately wanted it. about a week after every day he kept asking me did I have the bike, and then apologised for asking me and then asked again the next day stating he new it was sold but wanted to see was it really Shocked

I agree there are absolute idiots on there but the thing is, sometimes you just want to know what the person selling is like. When I'm doing my Ebay buying, especially if it's a lot of money I'd want to speak to the person or email them first. You can tell a hell of a lot very quickly about someone by their phone manner or email presentation. Perhaps that's what they were doing?

From my experience, if I get someone who doesn't sound like they can be arsed to 'sell' the item on the phone or email, or if they just make you feel daft by not being very friendly or forward with the answers then I won't buy the item. After all, if they can't simply be polite or friendly when selling an item, who the hell knows what they'd be like if something actually went wrong!

It could have been any of the above... Unfortunately your shit email address has just ruined my attempt to make it out to be anything other than he didn't believe a word you were saying! Rolling Eyes Laughing

My fave ebay adverts are for 'modified' cars - usually written by an illiterate spazmong in various fonts and various colours. They usually include the lines 'selling for a friend', 'for sale cuz i is byin a Scooby', 'one off', 'gets attenshun' and 'reel head turner'.

Examples here, here and here.

Sold my Alpinestars Track pants on there. The guy who won them emailed me asking what condition they were in, and what size I was!!?

My description on ebay read; Used Alpinestars track pants, Sizes USA: 30, EU: 46, 31".5 waste, will fit 32. Very good condition, all zips and poppers work fine, there are no marks on them as I have managed to stay on the bike since owning them! The knee sliders are worn.

They were bought a few years ago from Infinity Motorcycles for £260. Unfortunately for me I have out grown them!
