Having been thoroughly investigated by Gordon Brown's tame poodle, Sir Philip Mawer, Dewsbury's Right Honourable Member of Parliament, Shahid Malik, has been cleared of any wrongdoing. We don't get to see any of the evidence but we're all expected to say, 'Oh that's fine then, let's just carry on as normal'.
Who was it that said; 'There will be no whitewash at Whitehall?'

I live in dewsbury and haven't heard a word about this (although isn't he the one that claimed loads of money for getting his moat cleaned?)

So why is it that all you southerners know more about whats going on in my town than i do? Laughing

Haha, parents grew up in barnsley...i'm a wakey lad myself.

There was a bloke at my work that was from barnsley (really strong accent). Everyone had to come to me to ask what he said Laughing

Get my tyres from national tyres, next to the roundabout...get a good price off them Smile

Anyway, back on topic. I'll check the local free paper when it comes next (Speaking of which, we haven't had it for ages) and give you live updates Laughing
