nsr 125 throttal needle change??????????????

hello all im new to the site and i have a problem i have a 2003 nsr (french) i have derestrictded it but i carnt seem to change the throttle needle to second notch from top i have taken apart but when i compress the spring and move the wire to take out the retainer plate is in the way im stuck any 1 know what im doing wrong thanks all[/b]

hi i have looked at the in fo but i carbt get it apart because when i move the cable across to take out the retainer plate gets in the way

the throttle cable ball end is caught in a slit on the plate , escape the ball from the plate then you will have , the needle+the plate in your end . the clip is in a groove , pull it out of the needle and refit on the second groove from top

i carnt get the ball out as the retainer plate is in the way should it move out the way when i try to ake the ball out

canrnt get a pic at mo /// what it is ,,is the hole that the ball slides throught is blocked with the retainer plate should it fall out when spring pushed together or do you move it out of the way mayself
