Anyone have any idea on what this will be like restricted to 33bhp?

Its my dads and hes had it from new as a fun bike and only has 2500miles on it... he wants £2000 for it.....? its also got aftermarket can on and has been down geared.

Good deal or what??

Thats very cheap, most bikes dont feel to bad 33bhp restricted, my GS5 was 33BHP for just under 12 months (my 2 years were up) and it wasnt too bad, and a bandit shouldnt be either, I know someone who has an R6 33BHP Restricted Mad or what?!
