Any recommendations? I'd prefer one with a free trial, as I've never used one, and paying for a service I can't get my head round (Torrents were hard enough!) doesn't appeal. 
I don't pirate that much, but not sure if that's because torrents are so slow and sucky, or the last time I downloaded a movie (through Kazaa lite, when I was on Windows), it was that poor quality, it was unwatchable.

Giganews runs a 14 day free trial.
Usenetserver run a $3 for 3 days thing which is a cheap way to dip your toe.
