Well after last years debacle I wasn't going to go to an RnB again. Purely because ticket buyers were so let down.

Then I spoke to a mate who has links to the organisers, he agreed that the lack of communication was the main issue as well as the fact we lost money. I suggested that a goodwill gesture of at least a reduced ticket fee for 08 ticket holders would restore faith.

Couple of weeks late, lo and behold! Smile

(Not that I'm saying I had anything to do with it, of course Wink Laughing )

But anyway, I sent my 2008 ticket off and now have a shiny new 2009 ticket instead!

So, to get to the point, who's off? Very Happy

Hmm, yeah. Probably to encourage pre-booking.

Bit steep (OTG price) to be honest, especially as the bands don't look as good as previous years.

Anyone going then? I have a feeling the weather might be kind Laughing

Regardless of the political situation those clowns did more harm to the rallying scene in this country with that one stupid, cowardly act than anyone could imagine. They've already cost Steve, who put on the Welsh shows, pretty much everything including his house, and have given the plod and the authorities the excuse to finish us off. Luckily there's some bloody smart, dedicated, hard working people trying to ensure that events go ahead.

It'll be a cold day in hell before they get any more of my hard-earned. Thumbs Down
