Thats the thing about heart attacks they strike all of a sudden. And I thought he looked a bit thin there. Maybe he always looked that thin I never really paid much attention to him. I liked him in the 80s when I was a kid but my best mate in school in the 90s wouldn't shut up about him and I got sick of him Laughing

Arguably the most extensive plastic surgery in the world probably had something to do with it, he did go into cardiac arrest whilst having an operation to do with his bizarre image change.
