The man behind this film has been arrested and is facing extridition to the UK to face the charge of perverting the course of justice by sending his DVD to a judge.

WHAT!?

This is fucking criminal. Freedom of speech was a nice idea that has been forgotten about a long time ago. There's a witch hunt on for anyone who steps out of line and doesn't immediately accept the 'official' story.

I would like to think a judge would have the integrity and reasoning to be able to watch a 'conspiracy' video without it influencing his case.

*WARNING PROPAGANDA MACHINE WORKING HAND IN HAND WITH GOVERNMENT*

Fuck the BBC. Destroying the man's character immediately after they took it upon themselves to track him down for no good reason other than entertainment.

Hold on.

He's been charged with perverting the course of justice because he sent copies of the DVD to people involved in a trial related to the 7/7 thing, nothing to do with free speech.

He sent a copy to the jury foreman, this could affect the outcome of the case, while it doesn't say what the case is. If his actions cause an innocent to go to jail (for example) this is why jury tampering is illegal.

The guy is clearly a fruitcake, my criticism would be the BBC tracking him down and the police reacting in a pretty over the top way giving the chap more media coverage than he deserves.

The police saying they challenge all conspiracy theories is not only very worrying from a FOS point of view but pretty stupid as it begs the question; what have you got to be worried about if you've been open and honest from the start.

I would also say, Alex Jones does himself no favours aligning himself with someone who (allegedly) draws inspiration from the film Dune and believes it was 'The Force' that told George Lucas how to write Star Wars.

Although that latter point has a strange symmetry.

Thumbs Up

I haven't seen the film.

Folks reading the BBC article about it may dismiss it (as I did) because the guy is made out to be a bit of a loon. How ever, I would have a look at it.

I seriously doubt this rabble of a government could orchestrate such a thing with out it some how coming to light with out the aid of a person with such eccentric beliefs.

Perhaps the BBC might've have broken that story...

The "government" orchestrated nothing. Google Shadow Government, Secret Team, Black Ops, etc.

Brown and his cabinet of cardboard cut outs are just the front men in the puppet theatre of parliament, the game of charades that masks the workings of the true agenda. You wouldn't know the real players and will never know the technical operatives of any operation, ongoing or long past.

You're supposed to be buried in the irrelevant bollocks of parliamentary expenses, the NHS, education, etc. Just watch the ball as it gets batted from left to right, left to right, leeeft to riiight, sleep... Razz

I seriously doubt that too.

Although I agree with your last paragraph; it is all a distraction from more important things.

As for big business being responsible, I have my doubts because I don't base my views on the prevailing wind of the time or on knee jerk 'I read a web page, so it must be true' opinionism.

I form my opinions on the predominance of evidence and in this, there is a lack there-of, plus; a lot of what is available, is presented by people who frankly are at best just unreliable and at worst; nutballs.

If you took in any of what I post in Current affairs, you'd realise that I am far from being a fan of big business and regularly use legislation (such as it is) to take companies who've tried to take advantage to task, on behalf of myself and others.

Perhaps people might be more receptive to your arguments if you didn't preach them from your self-made pedestal.

Skudd, thats probably just a convenient tag so you can compartmentalise him easily. He probably doesn't believe in Global Warming either, persecute the heretic.

The Ripple Effect isn't that bad, he has a plausable hypothesis, using mostly evidence taken from the mainstream media ("Use their own evidence against them to prove they are lying").

Claimed to be the messiah? Shayler (ex-M15) claimed the same. A breakdown maybe, especially under pressure from various agencies of the state.

An agent of the state possibly, using a most effective disinfo tactic to discredit the truth: Present the truth, then either mix it up with easily discredited "straw men" facts or absolute barking fantasy. If the truth appears to be revealed from other legitimate sources then it is immediately dismissed having already been tarnished with the complete bollocks or lunacy brush. Bollocks by association.

Or just a barking lunatic who happened to present a coherent hypothesis based on existing mainstream evidence.

Who knows?

If a certified lunatic presents a lecture explaining Newton's Laws of motion and uses mathematical examples of how those laws work, does him being a certified lunatic mean that the laws don't exist or work?

This is utterly brilliant. The only way you really know $STUFF is true is because the wackjobs say $STUFF is true and they were fed this $STUFF by the people actually responsible for $STUFF solely to make $STUFF unbelievable through disinformation.

I believe mad_wackjob did a sex-wee when he heard that one.

Conveniently the document where he claims he is the messiah was uploaded to his website after his arrest. Hmmm.

Nutjob or well-timed ploy to quell support? Remember the shite that was spouted after Menezes too?

I'd rather spend an hour watching him than 5 minutes reading your subnormal drivel.
