CANT RED LINE IN IN ANY GEAR MAX 5 - 6 THOU FEELS AS IF CHOCKING OR JUDERING HOLDING BACK MAX SPEED 40 OR 50 MPH
PUT NEW TOP END PISTON, RINGS, BARREL AND STILL THE SAME

WHEN IN NEUTRAL WILL REV 6 - 7 THOU FEEL AS CHUDERING OR CHOCKING HOLDING BACK.

"JUDERING" and "CHUDERING"?!?
if it were a horse I'd say put some lead in it's right ear.

your RC/valves is not working , lift your tank and look if the pulley on the right moves with different level of RPM

bugs come from :
- stocked flaps in the exhaust port
- loose contacts on the RC/valves control unit
- loose contact on the red/white wire at the CDI unit
- worn RC/valves control unit
Note : if you bike is a swiss import (serial begins by ZDCJC22E) you may have a shunt on the RC/valve control unit
