Is it me or is it too bloody hot, its 23oC here at 8pm, and Im stood here sweating like a boil in the bag rice packet, I am about to go out on a friends R6 and I'm wearing one piece leather's, if this is great motorcycling weather, then give me my GS500 and winter back.

::wanders off to get onto R6 before I keel over with heat exhaustion:: Shocked

It is a horrible heat.... I like warm, but this is not nice.

Also, I find it really hard to sleep well in this heat. Embarassed

Enjoy the sun while its here and if you feel your getting a bit warm just open that throttle a little bit more and let the cool breeze whistling past your ears cool you down. Laughing

It is too hot for me. I can't sleep in this weather without a cold shower at frequent intervals throughout the night, or at least a cold flannel. Unfortunatly at school I don't have these luxuries and with GCSE's well started things are not looking good.

"Why did you not finish your paper?"
"I'm sorry sir, I fell asleep because I didn't sleep last night. It was much too hot last night sir."

Complete truth. Wish it was only 5 degrees cooler!

Leaving Thruxton yesterday was a nightmare! Putting clammy leathers on sweaty sun-cream-sticky skin then sitting in the baking sun waiting to get out of the track - not pleasant!
Good job the racing was cracking Very Happy

Metallica owned, Joey even did a stint on drums for them.

Missed Hatebreed unfortunately, Static-X cancelled aswell as Soil.

Soulfly - Wow!
Arch Enemy - Guitar to die for.
Slipknot - The crowd went mental.
Korn - Fighting with slayer on the other stage but good.
Monster Magnet - Good, Singer twatted a security guard with his guitar which was so funny.
Cradle Of Filth - Really good and got the crowd going well.
Machinehead - Strong performance as always.
Damageplan - Dimebag and Vinny are gods.

And was too fucked to remember the others. I now have a red face and empty wallet to show for it.

Great weekend!
