get some decent fork gaitors on there before the chrome on the forks starts pitting and wrecking them and the seals!

Same colour as mine, but mine is still stock.

That dep can makes it sound alot better then the stock one, Mine sounds like a swarm of bees.

trust me mate the amount of work ive gone through aint worth it just go with a 80cc kit and a new exhaust

hi did any of you change the jets or carburettor when putting the 80 kits on? ive recently put a 70 kit on mine and it only does 45, its got a full gianelli exhaust system. does anyone know what jets the ts80 has?

I'm a little confused as to how you can have it bored out to 80cc

the standard bore/ stroke on the TS 50 x is 41mmX37.8mm

to have yours at 80cc you would have to have a 52mm piston in it

the problem is, the outside diameter of the barrel spigot is only a nats cock over 50mm

it doesn't take a genius to work out that something is a bit off with your story

the 46mm big bore for the ts is 63cc you can bore them out to 49mm leaving the thinnest wafer of barrel left which will shatter in no time at all (been there, done that) & that only just makes it 70cc

i didnt have mine bored out to a 70... i bought a 70cc big bore kit.. (Barrel, Piston, Rings, Gudgeon pin, Clips etc.)

and since my last post i have blown a whole thru the piston.. due to the wrong are to fuel mixture.. does anyone know what size mainjet to put in.. or know a shop that would know?

if your running fully derestricted pipe & fiber reeds, you'll want to put an 82.5 main jet in it & set the slide needle at center or 1 notch above
