The simple things like,

Move Max out of a gritty film noir New York and to a lush jungle of South America a la Farcry.

Make the Character Fat, bald and beared.

Seriously why when you making the sequal to successful francise why would you change the key aspects of the game. Look at the screen shots you could have made this game under another name easily.

This is a real shame for me. I loved the first 2, I loved everything about them. A Max Payne with modern graphics set in a New York snowstorm about drugs, the government, Russians and the Mafia would be amazing.

i loved max payne 1 and 2 as well and this just looks like another farcry game.

looks like they've fallen victim to the 'oh look at our awesome gfx.. gameplay? wtf is that?' attitude
