Hi Declan,

Thank you for your email. I'm glad to hear that you are happy with your Akito purchases and that it has offered you a good level of quality and protection.

As much as I'd like to give you free kit for your troubles, I can't see that us endorsing a sponsored 'crash test dummy' would necessarily be a responsible move. We'd like our customer's to feel confident in the protection our garments afford and believe that our affiliation with Knox CE armour and commitment to quality speak for itself.

I hope that you can continue to get a lot more enjoyment from your Akito gear and get many more safe miles in it.

If you have any feedback from the experiences you've had in your current gear, we be more than happy to hear from you. We are constantly taking steps to improve our garments and customer feedback plays a vital role.

Best regards,
Piers

Ahwell, i suppose i can still ask some other companies to be their crash test dummy....

Dunc, if you come off again on your little teapot-bike, then I will forever call you bandicoot.
