Well this is more of just a general question as i think the engines a tad noisy
Clip 1
Clip 2
According to last owner it hasnt had a oil change since last year would giving it a oil change be likely to quiet it down, or is it something else like camchain or worse?

Hi
In the 2nd video it sounds quite lumpy. Almost like it is missfiring.
How much has it been ridden recently before you got it?
I would be tempted to clean things out (carbs, etc), change the plugs and then balance the carbs. Out of balance carbs can make engines sound like a bag of spanners (clean the carbs out and replace the plugs just as something probably worthwhile before bothering to balance the carbs).
They are not a particularly quiet and smooth engine, but the valves are shimmed (hence likely to get quieter when they need adjusting).
All the best

Hi
It sounded alot smoother with some throttle. Could be one of the idle jets is partially blocked (build up of degraded fuel). First step would probably be some fuel injector cleaner (ie, stuff you add to the fuel to clean things out a bit). Don't expect miracles from it but might help and is cheap and easy.
If the clearances get too tight then the bike gets hard too start (first sign) and it will land up burning out a valve. How many miles has it done (not that many I would guess from the pics). Advantage of shimmed valves is that they rarely need touching (just they are a pain to do when touching is needed). Not sure on yours but the conventional FZR600 valves are meant to be done every 16000 miles.
All the best

Is this the redex stuff, like the carb one i want or injector cleaner which one would you reccommend? i can get hold of either from a mate in a hour or so..
Its easy to start, and will fire up within seconds usually use a bit of choke to help it idle, but it will stay running on its own,
Well speedo shows 28000km, Bloke rekons it was switched at around 20,000 so we estimate around 19K miles
Im told the fzr is only a little different in that it has slightly more topend and a few adjustments..
As a side note - will this fit your bike or mine? the seller dosnt seem to know - https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=120448879654
