Hi,
I just got this hot lil mini bike. its a 49cc..but its restricted to go only 28mph :-/....my friend has tha same kind but his goes about 30 - 40 mph...i was wondering if some one can help me out on takin tha governor off..i've looked everywhere but no luck :-/

I doubt many people on here have expereince with the cheap ones.

However as you have given no details of what bikes it is, it's even more unlikely anyone will be able to help.

Mini bike as in like a mini moto? I had no idea they were restricted in any way as they dont need to be as they are not designed for the road. If you have a cheap one then that could well be about as quick as it goes. They super expensive polini ones will do stupid speeds in excess of 60mph with the right gearing fitted. Your mate may well have one of the better ones.
