Honest question now!

What do they do with the teeth and nails that don't apparantly burn?

Souvenir of a misspent youth in Africa. I used to go out with a dentist and I made a lot of bangles and necklaces from pulled teeth. I was well into punk and it scared the hell out of the natives.

They use a machine called a cremulator. Something like this:
https://www.incineratorspecialists.com/high-speed-cremulator.htm

Apparently, when you cremate babies and very young children,
their bones are so soft that you get few, if any, ashes. But the staff
at the crematorium always find some from somewhere to give to the
parents.
