Is it just me that builds an internal fury when someone refers to it as 'Driving' a bike i.e. not 'riding' a bike?!!?!? Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

I think this has been covered before.

If I remember, the outcome was irrelevant as it will no doubt be again the second time around.

In Russia you "drive" rather than "ride" motorcycles, I had a long argument with my teacher about this and insisted on using ride (as in horses) much to her consternation.

Fly. You only hear 'drive' when people are explaining to their kids what the pilot does.

It took me years to stop thinking of train drivers whenever I heard 'engineer'.
