Well the line might be stainless but the banjo's and the bolts are plated. Not totally honest that listing.

I've bought braided brake lines off eBay before, but not generic ones. I bought mine specifically for my VFR from a company called Wezmoto. They are brilliant but like I say I'm not sure about generic ones, could be dodgy if the measurements aren't close enough to what you need.

Every time I have ordered cheap, generic brake lines from Busters accessories, they have sent out goodrich ones. Similar price to the ebay ones.

I have measured my old hose, so I know the generic size I need - doesn't matter if I have a bit of a flappy bit if slightly too long!! Thumbs Up

I've seen goodridge braided line on ebay too, but it's 50% more expensive ... the eBay photo makes it look like it is nicely made/finished!! Thumbs Up

After you mentioned it Stinky, I had a look on Busters, their value lines are ndeed same sort of price ... but I am gambling that I'll be lucky like you to get a goodridge line not a truly scabby one like in their pic ...

Dazzd - looked up your dude, they are proper Goodridge he sells ... https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Goodridge-Braided-Hose-Kit-Kawasaki-KLR250_W0QQitemZ200320246839QQ (~50% more expensive than the generic line for the bike!! Wink)

I ordered one for my XR600 and am happy with it.

I've got a new 126.5 cm one sat here if that length is any good to you.

Bit late but I brought three recently. Quality seems pretty good although ends are passivated, not a problem for me. The only issue I had was that you have no choice on the shape of the fitting. For me this meant that I had a bit of a problem fitting them without the hose kinking. Looks good on the bike though. For the price I think they are very good.

FWIW if you join the Suzuki owners club, or maybe find someone that is a member, then you can get a good discount off Goodridge hoses.
