Alright, so not as in the series but riding around late at night.

Anyone else do this?

Just went out to the garage for come cigs at about 12.15am an thought fuck it, go for a little mooch. Whilst out I saw 3 cars get pulled and another 2 already been pulled. Yet I went to the petrol station where there was two police cars parked up an they were all stood talking to eachother.

I pulled up, I had a white hoody over the top of my leather jacket for warmth and got my cigs. They never said a word to me even though I look quite young and ride a ZX6R.

Definitely shit riding at night though, got to watch your speed as every car coming towards you could be the old bill.

Also, it's amazing how many pissed up drivers are about on a Saturday night, even though they must know you're about 20x more likely to get pulled at this time, I was following a corsa weaving all over the place.

By the time they turned round and chase you, a competent rider knowing his that's out simply getting cig's area could well be long gone Wink

And it's "Night" Rider, as in Night fall, not Knight as in a white Knight in shining armour. Thumbs Up
It was also a film, not just a series. Razz

I got pulled on the RS50 doing 36mph or so in a 30 zone, they just said slow down and we were just making sure you own the bike. Laughing

Me and my Dad in my Mum's Lancer got pulled the other day and the guy was in an unmarked car. He pulled alongside us and just made sure my Dad was the owner, complimented us and then left! Laughing

Between 2 and 4 in the morning is the best time, especially if you keep away from the main cities.

Riding late at nights is one of my favourite to be honest. It's great as the roads are mostly clear of traffic and you can see cars approaching junctions due to the headlight.

I also find it very relaxing. Just gotta be careful on weekends due to the drunk drivers.
