Just seen this on a website link.
https://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/08/04/flying_motorbike/
I drove a reliant on my bike license and i used to get ribbed big time off workmates but just flicking the Middle Finger and taking off would wipe the smile off some faces.

I beg to differ,

You need one of these:

https://www.dexflu.eu/blog/images/tron2-light-bike.png

and of course this costume to go with it.

https://cammyrobin.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/tron_guy.jpg

Then you can REALLY flip them off as you shoot away in a beam of light!

A death trap Shocked

116 knots (134mph) cruising is fast for such a small fixed wing and would be down to the ridiculously small plane (wing) area. In addition the short length of the fuselage and corresponding distance between planes and stabilisers would result in a very twitchy and unstable flight platform.

They even admit the stall speed is 70 knots so the angle of attack required for landing in a futile attempt to stay off a date with the ground is going to severely limit the pilots view on landing. Approach speed would be required to be around 90-100 knots - (a normal light aircraft is 60 with a stalling speed of 30) can envision a broken neck here.

suppose on the bright side all they would need to do is retract the wings and it could substitute as the coffin.

I just hope to god they don't put the 'Wing Retraction' button next to the horn or air-rage could kill you very quickly!! Shocked

Let's see if you can spot what is obviously wrong with the link. It's not difficult.
